Your reservation is only confirmed by receiving a written mail from our side. For a binding reservation we ask you to do an advance payment in the amount of Euro 150,00. The advance payment can be done with bank transfer within 5 days.

The rooms are ready as of 2 p.m. In case of arrivals after 6 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us by calling us or sending an e-mail or fax. Check-out: 10 a.m. In case of no-show, the total invoice amount will be charged! In case of early departure or delayed arrival, the total rate for the booked days will be charged. The same applies to group tours when less people arrive.

In all rooms and in our apartment smoking is not allowed.

•  Should a travel warning for Tyrol apply due to COVID 19 or closed borders apply, a FREE CANCELLATION is possible AT ANY TIME!!
• 1 month to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70% of the total arrangement price
• in the last week before the day of arrival: 90% of the total arrangement price
• in the event of early departure 100%
• 100% in case of no-show

We offer you a free rebooking of your reservation for the next winter season up to 1 month before arrival.

Cancellations are only possible in writing.
